Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of CNC/VMC machines and other industrial machinery.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in machine control panels, motors, drives, sensors, switches and wiring circuits.
Diagnose machine breakdowns and carry out corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Inspect and maintain electrical components, control systems and machine safety circuits.
Support maintenance of servo motors, spindle motors, VFDs and PLC-based systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
Assist with machine installation, electrical testing, commissioning and repairs.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and preventive maintenance checklists.
Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to resolve machine issues.
Follow electrical safety procedures and industrial maintenance standards.
Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience in CNC or VMC machine electrical maintenance.
Experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance.
Electrical troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical panels, motors, sensors, switches and industrial wiring.
Basic understanding of PLCs, VFDs, servo drives and machine control systems.
Ability to identify faults and restore machine operation safely.
