Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor extrusion lines and machinery for drip, HDPE, flat, and round pipe manufacturing.
Set and adjust machine parameters, including temperature, pressure, line speed, and cooling systems.
Ensure proper pipe dimensions, wall thickness, uniformity, and product quality.
Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and perform routine preventive maintenance.
Monitor raw material feeding, extrusion processes, die settings, and cooling/calibration systems.
Maintain production targets, minimize material wastage, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Eligibility & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in drip and HDPE pipe manufacturing.
Hands-on expertise in both flat and round pipe manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of extrusion machinery, machine settings, process control, and maintenance.




Must be based in Vadodara, Gujarat, or willing to relocate.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
