Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and EventBridge.
Build and operate services within an event-driven architecture to orchestrate complex business workflows.
Implement comprehensive automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure high code coverage and reliability.
Refactor legacy systems into modular, scalable, and maintainable serverless architectures.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices.
Collaborate closely with Staff Architects and cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions.
Reporting
This position reports directly to the Tech Lead.
Requirements
3–6 years of professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, Cognito, and DynamoDB.
Strong understanding of event-driven and serverless architectures.
Proven ability to write clean,
maintainable code following SOLID principles.
Strong experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or similar.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CDK or SAM is an advantage.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed teams.
