Role and Responsibilities
Handle technical queries from US-based customers through chat.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate resolutions.




Assist customers with service-related queries and technical concerns.
Maintain written communication quality and response-time standards.
Meet customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality, and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of BPO chat support experience is mandatory.
Good written English communication skills.
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
