Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Minimum qualification is High School Diploma or equivalent
Freshers can apply;
experience of one year in customer service is preferred
Solid written English communication skills with good grammar and spelling
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Adaptable to work in rotational shifts including weekends and night shifts
