Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and provide support in Japanese and English, as required.
Assist customers with booking-related queries, service requests, and complaints.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.
Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company processes and meet customer service quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Graduate or Diploma holder in Japanese Language.
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level.
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in customer service, voice process, or a similar role.
Strong spoken and written Japanese communication skills.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of the e-commerce and hospitality industries.
Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
