Role & responsibilities To take overall responsibility for Operation & maintenance all utility equipments, ETP , Chillers & Air Conditioners, Material handling equipments & pollution control devices.
To coordinate with projects for installation of recent equipments.
Preferred candidate profile
Sustenance of CLIT
Plan and implement preventive maintenance.
To maintain basis condition of all equipments.
Introduction of weekly and daily check list for key utility & pollution control devices.
Developing alternate/local source of vendor of spares
To review inventory for engineering spares once in a year and identify non-moving items and taking necessary actions to reduce stock.
To identify various losses area wise and taking necessary actions.
To area for reuse/recycle of water.
To ensure meeting of the legal requirements, statutory , compliance .
Adherence to work Permit.
