About the Role
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Maintenance Department. The roles and responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on CNC, Laser, Lathe, VMC, Hydraulic, etc. types of machineries
Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S for equipment performance, safety, and organization.
Maintain detailed maintenance documentation
Manage critical spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
Train and educate team members to maintain high standards of maintenance.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required
1 year of experience in a manufacturing company is desired
Good academic grades are highly preferred
Willing to learn current engineering processes
Wants to work in a qualified and systematic manner
