Role & responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of machine shop equipment.
Maintain gear hobbing, shaving, shaping, and broaching machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum machine availability.
Perform routine inspection, lubrication, alignment, and replacement of machine parts.
Maintain maintenance records and breakdown reports.
Coordinate with production to ensure smooth machine operation.
Follow safety procedures and support 5S activities.
Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2 To 7 years in machine maintenance, preferably in gear or gearbox manufacturing.
