Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, monitor performance, and provide accurate insights to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Maintain and update databases, trackers, and operational records.
Use MS Excel to analyze data and prepare dashboards and performance reports.
Track sales performance, targets, productivity, and team-wise achievements.




Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.
Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
Maintain records and prepare reports as per management requirements.
Handle confidential business information responsibly.

Required Skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and data validation.
Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of MIS reporting, dashboards, and data management.
Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports efficiently.
