Handle recent product development projects from concept to production.
Study customer requirements, technical specifications and engineering drawings.
Coordinate with Design, R&D;, Production, Quality, Purchase and vendors.
Review 2D drawings, 3D models, GD&T; and engineering specifications.
Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials), engineering documents and product specifications.
Coordinate prototype manufacturing, assembly, fitment and testing.
Conduct design feasibility, manufacturability and cost optimization reviews.
Identify suitable raw materials, components, manufacturing processes and vendors.
Support product validation, dimensional inspection and functional testing.
Handle engineering changes, drawing revisions and ECN/ECR documentation.
Coordinate pilot runs and ensure smooth transfer of recent products to mass production.
Monitor project timelines and resolve technical issues during development.
Maintain APQP, PPAP, FMEA and other quality documents wherever applicable.
