We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accounting Processor to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, an understanding of debit and credit entries, and a willingness to learn accounting procedures while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accounting records and enter financial transactions into accounting systems or spreadsheets
Assist with vendor invoice processing, payment tracking, and accounts payable activities
Prepare customer invoices, maintain billing records, and track outstanding receivables
Assist with bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation, and ledger verification
Verify invoices, receipts, payment details, and supporting financial documents
Maintain organized accounting records and ensure proper documentation
Prepare basic accounting summaries and periodic reports
Support month-end closing activities and financial documentation




Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for accounting-related information
Follow established accounting procedures, approval workflows, and internal controls
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and promptly report discrepancies
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and participate in accounting training

Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Com graduate preferred.
Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, debit and credit entries, and financial transactions
Understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting processes
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software is an added advantage
Solid numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Positive organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and follow standard operating procedures
Integrity, accountability, and ability to maintain confidentiality
