We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse & Inventory Executive to manage stock inward and outward, maintain accurate inventory records in Tally, coordinate deliveries based on client requirements, and ensure timely ordering of new stock.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor all incoming and outgoing stock in the warehouse.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory entries in Tally.
Plan and coordinate deliveries based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
Ensure the correct products and quantities are dispatched to customers.
Monitor stock levels and identify items requiring replenishment.
Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to order recent stock.
Track pending orders, deliveries, and stock availability.
Coordinate with the sales team, suppliers, transporters, and customers.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock differences.




Prepare daily stock reports and maintain proper warehouse records.
Ensure proper storage and organization of warehouse materials.

Required Skills
Practical knowledge of Tally .
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Knowledge of inventory management and stock inward/outward processes.
Valuable planning, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain accurate stock records and reports.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree.
Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics is preferred.
Experience using Tally for inventory management is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
