We deliver end-to-end solutions, from concept design and engineering to fabrication, project management, logistics, installation, and after-care. As part of a diversified group spanning interior design, lighting, logistics, and facilities management, we are expanding our manufacturing capability with our factory in India.

Role Overview The Junior Accountant will support the finance team with day-to-day accounting operations at our factory in India. The role covers transaction recording, reconciliations, and documentation, with close coordination between the factory and the UAE head office finance team.

Key Responsibilities
Record and reconcile financial transactions and maintain ledgers
Process vendor invoices, purchase bills, and expense claims
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintain records of raw material purchases, stock movements, and production-related costs with the stores and production teams
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation and filings
Prepare basic financial reports and support month-end closing




Ensure accurate filing of financial records and supporting documents
Assist in monitoring compliance with internal controls and company policies
Coordinate with the UAE finance team on reporting and queries
Support senior accounting staff as needed

Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred)
Foundational skills in general ledger posting, AP/AR support, and basic reconciliations
Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar) and MS Excel
Knowledge of Indian accounting practices, GST, and TDS is an advantage
Experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred
Robust numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organized record keeping
Good communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow internal controls
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, project-driven workplace

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
