:
Carry out routine maintenance and repair work throughout the hotel.
Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, AC, and other equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot technical faults and breakdowns.
Attend guest room maintenance complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and records.
Follow safety procedures and hotel maintenance standards.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and other departments as required.
Requirements:
ITI or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
Ability to troubleshoot problems and work in shifts.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
