Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect with an experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design, coordination, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects while ensuring compliance with architectural standards, statutory regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed design documents using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Coordinate with consultants, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and project stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Assist in concept development, space planning, façade design, and design optimization for real estate projects.
Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approval requirements.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications.
Support the preparation of presentations, BOQs,



material specifications, and design reports.
Coordinate with authorities and consultants for obtaining approvals and statutory clearances.
Identify design discrepancies and provide practical solutions during project execution.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
Registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA) preferred.
Experience in residential
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
Solid knowledge of building bylaws, DCR regulations, and construction methodologies.
Good understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and project coordination.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced project setting.
