Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and maintain company social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
Content Creation
Create engaging posts, captions, graphics, and promotional content tailored to different platforms.
Develop creative ideas to strengthen brand identity and audience engagement.
Video Editing
Edit and produce high-quality reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and brand videos.
Add transitions, effects, subtitles, music, and other creative elements to enhance video quality.
Transform raw footage into engaging, platform-ready content.
Community Engagement
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Respond promptly and professionally to maintain a positive brand presence.
Strategy & Trends
Execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes.
Analytics & Reporting
Track engagement,



reach, follower growth, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Influencer Collaboration
Identify and connect with relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors for potential collaborations.

Qualifications & Requirements-
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
Platform Expertise: Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest.
Video Editing & Design: Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
AI Tools: Ability to use AI tools for content creation, video editing, and creative development.
Creative Skills: Solid storytelling, copywriting, visual design, and creative thinking abilities.
Analytical Skills: Ability to track social media performance and interpret analytics.
Work Ethic: Solid time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Portfolio: Must provide examples of previous social media campaigns, graphics, and video edits.
