A Non-Voice Process Executive handles back-office operations, data processing, and written customer support (via email, live chat, or ticketing systems) without making or taking phone calls.
Key Responsibilities Written Communication & Support: Manage customer inquiries, troubleshooting steps, and service requests via live chat or email with proper grammar, speed, and etiquette. Data Processing & Validation: Perform data entry, document verification, form validation, and record updates into company databases or CRM tools. Adherence to SOPs: Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality checklists, and compliance rules without unauthorized shortcuts. Escalations: Identify complex, technical, or irate customer issues and route them to senior teams or specialized technical departments. Queue & Target Management: Explicit daily queues while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy rates, response times, and daily volume.
