Role & responsibilities
Verify and prepare product cost estimates from customer drawings and specifications.
Create and maintain detailed Bills of Materials (BOM).
Support commercialization activities by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Conduct product and process feasibility studies.
Identify prospects for cost reduction and process optimization.
Work closely with Design, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams during NPD stages.
Interact with customers to understand technical requirements and provide engineering solutions.
Support RFQ analysis, quotation preparation, and technical discussions.
Ensure smooth transition of recent products from development to production.

Preferred candidate profile




Strong understanding of Sheet Metal Fabrication and Manufacturing Processes.
Expertise in BOM preparation and Product Costing.
Knowledge of NPD (New Product Development) methodologies.
Experience in Process Optimization and Cost Reduction Projects.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CATIA or equivalent design software.
Solid analytical and communication skills.
Positive understanding of manufacturing feasibility and commercial aspects.
