Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Pega applications.
Handle Pega administration, configuration, and maintenance.
Work with business teams to understand requirements.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
Participate in Agile development and deployment activities.
Mandatory Skills:
Solid experience in Pega Development and Administration.
Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC, rules, flows, and data modeling.
Knowledge of deployment processes and version control.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills:
Pega integrations, Java, or JavaScript.
Cloud-based Pega solutions and DevOps practices.
Pega certifications are an added advantage.
