– Legal Documentation & Liaisoning Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Department: Legal

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, verify, and maintain legal documents, agreements, affidavits, undertakings, sale deeds, lease deeds, and other property-related documents.
Handle legal liaisoning with government departments, revenue offices, municipal authorities, sub-registrar offices, and other statutory authorities.
Coordinate land and property-related matters, including land records, mutation entries, survey records, land conversion, and property registration.
Liaise with government officials and relevant authorities for obtaining approvals, permissions, NOCs, certificates, and statutory clearances.
Conduct regular visits to government offices for document submissions, verification, follow-ups, and resolution of pending matters.
Coordinate with advocates, legal consultants, and internal departments for legal documentation and compliance requirements.
Track the status of legal applications, registrations, approvals, and other pending matters.




Maintain accurate records of legal documents, government correspondence, registrations, and approvals.
Ensure timely completion of legal formalities and provide regular updates to management.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in Law (LL.B.) or any relevant graduate qualification.
Robust knowledge of legal documentation, land records, property matters, and government procedures.

Required Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience, with solid hands-on experience in legal documentation and liaisoning with government authorities.
Experience in land, property, and revenue-related matters in Gujarat is preferred.

Required Skills
Robust liaisoning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of land and revenue procedures and property registration.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters independently and maintain confidentiality.
