Personal Secretary to the Director – Grooming & Event Management Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Personal Grooming & Presentation
Ensure the Director is well-groomed and appropriately dressed for meetings, corporate events, celebrations, and social gatherings.
Coordinate outfits, footwear, accessories, and other styling requirements as needed.
Ensure clothes are properly ironed, presentable, and ready before scheduled events.
Maintain a checklist of personal grooming essentials and event-specific requirements.
Event Preparation & Coordination
Plan and coordinate the Director’s attire and overall presentation for birthdays, corporate functions, award ceremonies, festive celebrations, business meetings, and other special occasions.
Ensure all required items are arranged in advance to avoid last-minute inconvenience.
Coordinate with event organizers, photographers, decorators, and other relevant vendors when required.
Keep track of event schedules, dress codes,



and presentation requirements.
Daily Schedule & Readiness
Coordinate the Director’s daily appointments and ensure he is prepared for scheduled meetings and engagements.
Keep the required documents, accessories, and personal essentials ready before departure.
Anticipate requirements and handle last-minute arrangements efficiently.
Qualified Conduct & Confidentiality
Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the Director’s personal and skilled matters.
Demonstrate discretion, punctuality, organization, and a high level of professionalism.
Ensure the Director’s presentation and arrangements reflect the qualified image of Aura Realtors.

Expected Standard: The Director should be fully prepared, appropriately groomed, and event-ready without last-minute delays or avoidable inconvenience. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹64,000.00 per month
