Responsibilities
Supervise and manage laboratory staff and workflows.
Ensure compliance with all laboratory regulations and safety protocols.
Oversee the conduction and analysis of medical tests.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
Coordinate daily laboratory activities and monitor performance.
Prepare and manage the laboratory budget.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the laboratory.
Provide training and support to laboratory personnel.
Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Extensive knowledge of laboratory safety and quality regulations.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
