Conduct legal scrutiny and verification of property documents for LAP cases.
Examine property ownership documents, title deeds, sale deeds, chain documents, and other relevant records.
Coordinate with external advocates for legal opinions and title verification.
Review legal documentation related to commercial vehicle and EV financing.
Verify registration certificates (RC), ownership details, and other vehicle-related documents, wherever required.
Ensure proper execution and completion of loan agreements and other legal documents.
Identify legal risks and discrepancies in documentation and recommend corrective action.
Coordinate with credit, sales, operations, and collection teams for legal matters.
Assist in handling legal notices, customer disputes, recovery matters, and documentation-related issues.
Maintain proper records of legal opinions, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Support recovery and repossession processes in coordination with the concerned teams, wherever required.
