Role & responsibilities
Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, variance analysis, and business review presentations.
Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and financial modelling.
Partner with plant operations and business teams on revenue, margins, product costing, and financial performance.
Monitor manufacturing costs, productivity KPIs, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.
Validate project savings, benchmark costs, and identify prospects for operational efficiency.
Ensure financial reporting accuracy, compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
Improve reporting processes, data quality, automation, and financial dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in manufacturing organizations, with solid exposure to plant finance and controlling.




Expertise in FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and manufacturing costing.
Experience supporting or managing a manufacturing plant with revenue responsibility exceeding 2,000 crore.
Robust understanding of cost control, product costing, variance analysis, and productivity metrics.
Ability to partner with plant operations and cross-functional business leaders.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and financial reporting skills.
Automotive manufacturing, industrial engineering, electrical equipment, and other large-scale manufacturing organizations.
