We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage overall plant operations, production, quality, maintenance and manpower. The candidate must have experience in plastic manufacturing and a solid understanding of stainless steel manufacturing, particularly single-wall stainless steel bottles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall plant operations, production planning and execution.
Supervise plastic injection moulding, PET preform, caps & closures and plastic container production.
Oversee single-wall stainless steel bottle manufacturing operations.
Monitor production targets, quality standards, rejection rates and productivity.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Purchase departments.
Optimize manpower, machine utilization and material consumption.
Implement process improvements, cost reduction and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with safety, 5S and quality standards.
Prepare MIS reports and monitor plant performance.

Required Skills & Experience
10–15 years of experience in manufacturing plant operations.




Robust experience in plastic injection moulding and related products.
Knowledge and practical understanding of stainless steel manufacturing is essential, preferably single-wall steel bottles.
Experience in production planning, quality management, maintenance coordination and manpower handling.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and cost-control skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
