Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate current business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Assist senior BD team members in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
Maintain and update client databases, leads pipeline, and sales reports.
Support in managing client relationships, follow-ups, and regular communication.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, recruitment, etc.) to ensure client requirements are met.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
3+ Year of experience in Business Development in Consulting or Service based organisation
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Positive understanding of sales processes and business development fundamentals.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
