Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. Candidates with the ability to train and mentor students in digital marketing are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Develop effective lead-generation strategies to achieve business and enrollment targets.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, and keyword research.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and relevant reporting tools.




Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
Implement SEO strategies and identify prospects to improve organic traffic.
Prepare regular campaign reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and marketing best practices.
Train and mentor students in performance marketing and practical digital advertising, if required.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Knowledge of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing metrics.
Experience with budget planning and performance reporting.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of relevant performance marketing experience.
Candidates with digital marketing training or mentoring experience will be preferred.
Candidates must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
