We are looking for an experienced Liaison Architect / Civil Engineer to manage statutory approvals, coordinate with government authorities and ensure that architectural and construction projects comply with applicable development regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage liaison activities with municipal corporations, planning authorities and other government departments.
Handle statutory approvals, building permissions, commencement certificates, occupation certificates and other project-related clearances.
Prepare, verify and submit drawings, applications and supporting documents required for approvals.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, developers and project teams throughout the approval process.
Follow up with authorities to ensure approvals are obtained within project timelines.
Interpret applicable development control regulations, building bye-laws and local planning requirements.
Resolve approval-related queries and maintain proper documentation of submissions and permissions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
8–10 years of relevant experience in liaison, statutory approvals or regulatory coordination.
Solid knowledge of Mumbai municipal approval procedures and development regulations.
Experience handling approvals independently for building and real estate projects.
Excellent coordination, communication, documentation and follow-up skills.
