Role & responsibilities
Handle various types of proposals for obtaining necessary approvals and NOC's from Government bodies and authorities
Liaisoning with Tashildar, DC , BBMP , BDA all other departments for sanctions.
Well acquainted with Central / State laws and regulations.
Renewal amendment of licenses.
Work closely with the Architects and ensure to have Construction plans as per the guidelines of the government.
Ensure no penal costs are incurred due to delay in payment of fees for permissions
Preferred candidate profile Should solid have government liasoning / zrelations
We are also considering Rtired Tehslidar's, Karnataka government employees
