Seeking an experienced Supermarket Sales Manager to manage floor sales, optimize product positioning, and drive daily revenue goals across all grocery and FMCG departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales strategies across grocery, fresh produce, household goods, and personal care sections.
Coordinate end-cap shelf displays, offer counters, and seasonal discount placements.
Monitor stock movement, analyze quick-moving items, and reduce stock shrinkage/wastage.
Guide floor supervisors to increase cross-selling and customer ticket sizes.
Requirements:
Proven 3–5 years of sales leadership experience in Supermarkets or Grocery Chains.
Deep understanding of FMCG product categories, pricing schemes, and customer retention.
Pay: ₹14,349.36 - ₹57,085.10 per month
