Manage and supervise the entire nursing department.
Prepare duty rosters and manage nursing manpower.
Ensure quality patient care and patient safety.
Monitor nursing staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
Conduct nursing audits, training, and competency assessments.
Handle patient complaints and nursing-related incidents.
Monitor nursing equipment, supplies, and documentation.
Coordinate with HR and other hospital departments.
Submit nursing reports to hospital management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
