Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate hands-on, Montessori-based learning experiences.
Create a nurturing, child-centred classroom workplace.
Observe and document children's developmental progress.
Encourage independence, curiosity, and holistic development.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
Diploma/certification in Montessori or Early Childhood Education.
Prior experience in a Montessori or early years setting is preferred.
Positive communication skills and a passion for working with young children.
IMTC preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
