Role & responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential sites for business expansion and new projects.
Lead site acquisition activities, including feasibility assessment, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers, landowners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Liaise with government authorities and local bodies to obtain necessary approvals, permissions, and clearances.
Drive strategic business development initiatives to expand the company's presence in target markets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify recent growth prospects.
Manage negotiations, documentation, and agreements related to site acquisition.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of acquisition and expansion plans.
