We are looking for a Nutritionist to join FirstClub's Chat Support process on a 3-month contractual basis. The role involves interacting with customers through chat, understanding their nutrition and wellness-related queries, reviewing basic blood report parameters, and recommending relevant FirstClub products based on the customer's requirements and the defined process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to nutrition, health, wellness, and products through chat.
Review basic blood reports shared by customers and understand common health parameters.
Identify and communicate whether reported values fall within or outside the reference range, while following
the defined process.
Explain basic observations in simple, transparent, and customer-friendly language.
Understand customer needs and recommend relevant FirstClub products based on their requirements.
Provide appropriate nutrition and wellness guidance within the scope of the role.
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and helpful tone across customer interactions.
Escalate queries requiring medical or clinical intervention as per company guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, Food & Nutrition, or a related field.
Valuable understanding of basic nutrition and commonly reported blood parameters.
Solid written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly over chat.
Ability to simplify health and nutrition-related information for customers.
Customer-focused, empathetic, and comfortable handling multiple conversations.
Freshers with a relevant educational background may also be considered.
