Responsibilities
Solid experience in Linux L2/L3 administration, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and operational support.
Manage disks, file systems, storage, RAID, disk mirroring, user/group accounts, permissions, and system resources.
Perform package management, OS patching, system hardening, log monitoring, alert management, and third-party software installation.
Troubleshoot Linux server issues, analyze system alerts/logs, handle incidents and service requests, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Configure and support High Availability (HA), Active-Passive clusters, failover mechanisms, I/O fencing, and Disaster Recovery environments.
Perform server backups,



restoration, and recovery operations to ensure data availability and recoverability.
Create and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) documentation, operational procedures, incident records, and support documentation.
Provide L1/L2 technical support, mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing, with solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
