Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to support day-to-day construction activities, monitor site progress, and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Assist in RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, and finishing activities.
Read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, labour teams, and vendors.
Check material quality, workmanship, and construction progress.
Ensure compliance with site safety standards and quality requirements.
Assist in measurements, quantity calculations, and material planning.
Identify site issues and report them to senior engineers for resolution.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and work-related documentation.




Ensure work is completed as per project schedules and instructions.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or site execution.
Freshers with positive technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may apply.
Experience in residential or commercial construction is preferred.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of RCC construction and finishing works.
Ability to read construction drawings and understand specifications.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and willingness to work at project sites.
Ability to work effectively with contractors and site teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
