Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update hotel/property listings across OTA platforms.
Ensure accurate information is maintained for property details, rooms, amenities, policies, images, and other listing requirements.
Conduct quality checks of newly onboard and existing properties as per defined requirements.
Identify listing errors, quality gaps, and non-compliance and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
Maintain daily trackers and ensure all required information is updated accurately and on time.
Follow up on pending listing and quality-related issues until closure.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Business Development, and Customer Support.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to defined processes and SOPs.
Support the team in improving listing quality and overall customer experience.
