Reporting to: CEO | Full time

Turn financial and operating data into reliable reports that help management make better decisions.

Responsibilities
Prepare accurate sales, manufacturing, financial and Board MIS.
Analyse inventory, batch costs, customer contribution, ageing and operating costs.
Reconcile information across Finance and Operations and explain significant differences.
Improve reporting using Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BI.
Maintain transparent data definitions, checks and reporting timelines.
Highlight business risks and follow up on corrective actions with the responsible teams.

What we’re looking for
Relevant experience in MIS,



costing or business analysis, preferably 5–8 years.
Manufacturing experience and a strong understanding of financial and operating data.
Strong Excel, data reconciliation and reporting skills.
Practical familiarity with Power Query, Power BI and Tally data extracts.
A relevant finance qualification or strong practical MIS experience.
Clear communication and attention to accuracy.
