Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance activities at the assigned client site.
Ensure productive functioning of water and wastewater treatment plants and associated equipment.
Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
Supervise site personnel, technicians, and contract manpower.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal service teams for smooth execution of activities.
Monitor maintenance schedules, spare parts availability, and service reports.
Maintain operational records, prepare periodic reports, and ensure timely resolution of client complaints.
Monitor operational costs and identify prospects to improve plant efficiency.
Ensure readiness to work at and relocate to other client sites as per organizational requirements.
