Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the retail market within the assigned territory.
Appoint, manage, and strengthen the dealer and distributor network.
Generate secondary sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
Conduct regular market visits to identify recent business opportunities.
Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Submit daily reports and maintain accurate sales records.
Preferred Experience
Candidates having experience in the following areas will be preferred:
Home Healthcare Products
Medical Devices
Retail Sales
Dealer & Distributor Management
Channel Sales
Experience in selling products such as:
BP Monitors
Glucometers
Nebulizers
Pulse Oximeters
Weighing Scales
Other Home Healthcare Devices
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.
