About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager / Senior Data Engineer with 15+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale data platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on expertise in Databricks, Spark/PySpark, Delta Lake, cloud-native architectures, and MLOps with strong leadership capabilities to drive technical excellence and team growth. As a hands-on expert your role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing scalable batch and streaming data pipelines that enable industrial analytics, digital products, and AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize scalable batch and streaming data pipelines that enable industrial analytics, digital products, and AI/ML solutions.
Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data.
Implement automation at scale.
Deliver secure, reliable, and cost-effective data platforms.




Contribute across the complete ML lifecycle, including feature engineering, model deployment, monitoring, and governance.

Required Skills
15+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale data platforms.
Deep hands-on expertise in Databricks, Spark/PySpark, Delta Lake, cloud-native architectures, and MLOps.
Robust leadership capabilities to drive technical excellence and team growth.
Proven track record of working with large-scale structured and unstructured data.
Experience implementing automation at scale.
Experience delivering secure, reliable, and cost-effective data platforms.
