Role Description: This is a full time in office PA / SPA - DME AR role based in Patiala. The role involves providing day-to-day personal and executive administrative support to leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings,



and coordinating travel or appointments. The team member will assist with organizing documentation related to DME accounts receivable, maintaining records, and handling routine clerical tasks to support efficient billing operations.

Responsibilities also include preparing correspondence, coordinating internal communications, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The role requires close collaboration with billing, operations, and leadership teams to support smooth workflow and adherence to organizational processes.

Qualifications
Candidate should have a transparent understanding of how DME AR works
Good exposure to denial appeals and rejection handling
Valuable software handling, specifically specializing in Brightree Software
Perfect understanding of teamwork and efficient handling of claims
Only immediate candidates are required for the Patiala location; it is on-site
