We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Mobility Intern to support a current project focused on process documentation, operational coordination, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
SOP Documentation: Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documents.
PPT & Reporting: Prepare qualified presentations, reports, and project updates.
Excel Management: Maintain trackers, manage data, and prepare reports using MS Excel.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely follow-ups.
Operational Support: Handle day-to-day operational activities, process tracking, and documentation.
Calling & Follow-ups: Connect with relevant stakeholders or candidates over calls to collect information, share updates, and ensure timely task completion.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good documentation, presentation-making, and coordination skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
