Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Job Responsibilities
Manage manufacturing of perfumes, room fresheners, body sprays and other fragrance products.
Handle fragrance mixing, blending, dilution, filtration and filling processes.
Operate and troubleshoot production machinery, including mixing tanks, filling machines, crimping machines, capping and labelling equipment.
Ensure product quality, batch consistency and production targets.
Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, safety, fire safety and statutory requirements.
Manage raw materials, reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, R&D; and Purchase departments.
Supervise production staff and ensure protected handling of alcohol, solvents and chemicals.
Required Skills
Practical experience in perfume and room freshener manufacturing.
Knowledge of production machinery and maintenance.
Understanding of quality control and regulatory compliance.
Positive troubleshooting, planning and team management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
