ABS Group HR Solutions, a leading manpower consultancy, is hiring an Operations Manager – Security Services to ensure security services are delivered to customers’ satisfaction and as per contract terms across client locations in Ernakulam.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure security services are delivered as per contract and service standards.
Build professional relationships with clients and respond promptly to their requests and concerns.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
Supervise security supervisors and guards, and manage deployment and duty rosters.
Handle escalations and emergencies.
Submit daily and monthly operational reports.
Eligibility
Ex-Servicemen / Retired Kerala Police Personnel only.
Educational Qualification: Graduate or Diploma.
Valid Four-Wheeler and Two-Wheeler Driving Licences are Mandatory.
Good computer literacy (MS Word,
MS Excel, email, and reporting tools).
Robust communication and leadership skills.
Willing to travel across Ernakulam and nearby locations.
