Role & responsibilities
Perform quality inspection and functional testing of Chai brewing and Ingredient Dispenser machines.
Check dispensing accuracy, sensors, pumps, electrical systems, and overall machine performance.
Identify defects, coordinate with vendors for resolution, and conduct re-testing.
Maintain QA checklists, test reports, and machine acceptance records.
Ensure quality compliance before machine dispatch.
Cafe visits for machine troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
Preferred candidate profile
Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Hands-on machine testing and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with measuring instruments and technical specifications.
Basic MS Excel skills for reporting and documentation.
Understanding of SOPs and basic quality control processes.
