We are looking for a PHP Developer with hands-on experience in CodeIgniter 3 to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter 3.
Write clean, structured, and maintainable code.
Develop and integrate REST APIs as required.
Work with MySQL databases, including queries, joins, and database operations.
Understand project requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
Debug, troubleshoot, and fix application issues.
Develop current features and modify existing functionalities.
Perform testing and ensure applications work as expected.
Integrate third-party APIs and services when required.
Coordinate with frontend developers, designers, testers, and other team members.
Maintain and improve existing CodeIgniter 3 applications.
Use Git or other version-control systems for code management.
Complete assigned tasks within the expected timeline.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of PHP.
Hands-on experience with CodeIgniter 3 (CI3) is mandatory.
Good knowledge of MySQL.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of REST API development and integration.
Positive debugging and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of MVC architecture.
Familiarity with Git is preferred.
Ability to understand existing code and work on ongoing projects.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience
1–2 years of professional experience in PHP development.
Candidates with solid hands-on CodeIgniter 3 experience will be preferred.
PHP freshers are not eligible for this position.
