JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for GCC countries.
Lead, guide, and monitor the recruitment team to achieve monthly hiring targets.
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements, qualifications, experience, and recruitment timelines.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Monitor candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, selection, and deployment.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, employers, and recruitment partners across GCC countries.
Ensure timely submission of candidate profiles and follow up on interview schedules and selection results.
Monitor recruitment performance, team productivity, placement ratios, and daily reporting.
Coordinate with documentation and visa-processing teams to ensure smooth recruitment and deployment.




Ensure compliance with applicable recruitment regulations and client requirements.
Handle escalations, resolve recruitment-related issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and targets.
