We are looking for a QA Engineer with solid experience in US Healthcare/Payer, QNXT, Snowflake, and SQL. The role will focus on functional and data testing across healthcare domains including Claims, Membership, Provider, and Eligibility.
Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and data validation testing.
Validate QNXT data across Claims, Membership, Provider, and Eligibility modules.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and backend testing using Snowflake and SQL.
Validate ETL/data migration, transformation, and source-to-target data.
Create and execute test cases and manage defects through resolution.
Perform root cause analysis for data discrepancies.
Support UAT and collaborate with business, development, and data teams.
Ensure data quality and adherence to healthcare requirements.
Mandatory Skills
3 to 5+ years of QA/Data Testing experience.
Hands-on QNXT testing experience.
Robust US Healthcare/Payer domain knowledge.
Experience with Claims, Membership, Provider & Eligibility.
Solid Snowflake data testing experience.
Strong SQL for backend validation and reconciliation.
Experience with ETL/Data Migration Testing.
Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, test case creation, and defect management.
Nice to Have
AWS exposure.
Test automation experience.
Healthcare Data Warehouse/reporting validation.
Agile/Scrum experience.
